Personally, we do not store/record your personal info on our website www.etsuryu.com. Mailing addresses & phone numbers are only saved in the Shipping freight and PayPal websites.
Our store at the moment is not for public visits. It’s not a legit commercial location. Please talk to us first if you would like to meet. Most people do not have the time or funds to make it to our southern location.
* Products does NOT include INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING until you complete your check-out process. If you want more than one part PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST so we can discuss the process with you for your particular ordering needs. Meaning our website does NOT calculate shipping cost for multiple orders properly.
* We DO NOT sell / Ship domestically to Japanese or US Military addresses in Japan. We are only registered as an export company. And the fact is the makers DO NOT allow us to take away from their domestic sales. We only have permission to supply to the international community.
* We DO NOT accept returns. Just not doable or makes sense from an internationally stand point. Of course if we are at fault, we will personally communicate to you to help fix the problem.
* If you live in Canada and the cheapest shipping method for your order is via UPS (due to the contract), we can only ship to a legit commercial mailing address (excluding P.O. Boxes). If the order is best to go via EMS Post, a residential mailing address can be used.
